Jen is a writer & creative workshop facilitator

One of Jen’s first stories (lost to the mists of time) was a take on E.T. but set in an ex-mining village in Cheshire with a young female protagonist! Since then, Jen has written stories, poetry, plays, and articles for various places (links to Works & Publications section).

Jen has co-authored a book and written various articles both academic and non-academic. She has poetry and stories published in various places and was the winner of the inaugural Manchester Climate Monthly short story competition in 2013.

Jen believes that everyone can tell stories and that skills can be shared and to this end runs creative and educational workshops for different ages. More can be seen in the Creative Workshops section.
